Carlos Zapata – Design Architect 
Carlos Zapata is a Venezuelan born American architect, who grew up predominantly in Ecuador. Award-wining Zapata is known for his work on the Bitexco Financial Tower in Ho Chi Minh City, the Cooper Square Hotel (now the Standard East Village) in Manhattan, the JW Marriott Hotel in the Convention Center Campus of Hanoi, Vietnam, Concourse J at Miami International Airport and together with the Chicago-based firm of Lohan Caprile Goettsch the new Soldier Field in Chicago among many other projects.

Robert Swedroe – Architect of Record 
The award-winning firm of Robert M. Swedroe Architects & Planners has specialized in multi-residential architecture since its inception in 1974. By consistently designing highly efficient, cost-effective buildings with practical innovations, the firm has gained international recognition as the leader in its specialty. Many of the firms' buildings yield 90 to 95 percent efficiency, resulting in some client relationships that span more than 30 years. The firm revolutionized multi-residential design in 1990 by introducing the first private entry elevator concept. To date, the firm has over 120 built and occupied buildings, primarily high-rise towers of which the majority incorporate this concept.
